A Comment on Comments or How Spammers Ruin it for Everyone

Hey all,

I hope this post is able to stick. I’m having a bit of techie trouble on the site. My admin told me that we were getting a bunch of wildly inappropriate (read x-rated) spam on the site’s comments EEEEK!!!! and that unless I have a 24-7 monitor, even with the security in the comments section, it can’t guarantee that it won’t happen again. So comments are donzo. Sigh. And apparently we’ve lost comments on the most recent posts. Arrggh. I did so enjoy hearing from everyone and especially the raging controversy over Jerry’s poem. wink You can still email me at read and respond to all the emails!
